Focus and balance in the job can be impaired by stress, fear and low motivation or even just sitting for too long. This often leads to complaints such as back pain, high blood pressure and mental blocks. By activating circulation and mobilizing the body in a gentle way, yoga can help with these issues. In addition, breathing and mindfulness exercises are everyday tools that help with stress and blockages. Thereby, regular yoga units can strengthen the health of employees and prevent diseases.
My yoga and meditation sequences can also be integrated into everyday office life, improve focus and motivation, e.g. with yoga at the office table and quick breaths. Regular yoga classes took place in summer 2020 with employees of a research group at ETH Zurich
